End of Year SMARTR Outcome

100% of K-6 students will engage in and respond to AAP content curriculum at least one time

per quarter.

Strategy 1:

All K-6 students will access AAP curriculum at least once per quarter to extend curriculum challenges, as provided in the Access to Rigor guides supported by AAP.

 

End of Year SMARTR Outcome

By June 2020, 100% of K students will be able to verbalize number combinations up to and including 5, 100% of 1st grade students will be able to verbalize number combinations up to and including 10, and 100% of 2nd grade students will be able to verbalize number

combinations up to and including 20

Strategy 1

Targeted students will participate in Tier 1 core instruction with a focus on flexibility and

fluency within the math workshop structure.

Strategy 2

Teachers will engage in professional development to support math instruction.

 

End of Year SMARTR Outcome

The performance gap between all students and the sub-groups of students with disabilities,

economically disadvantaged, English Language Learners will decrease by 10% in reading.

Strategy 1

Implement Responsive Instruction (MTSS) Framework to provide a continuum of academic,

behavior, and social-emotional wellness supports across the tiers.

Strategy 2

Teachers will provide differentiated reading instruction.

 

End of Year SMARTR Outcome

75% of families will feel as though they receive adequate and consistent communication from

the school and staff to support their student at home.

Strategy 1

Classroom teachers will establish consistent communication with families.
