Technology Assistance

FCPS has created a website to help answer any technology questions or needs that you may have.  The Tips for Online Learning Success page has suggestions for students; technology tips for families; troubleshooting guides; and links to the parent and student tech support sites.  FCPS also has many videos created that can assist with troubleshooting and tutorials which can be found in the FCPS Youtube Channel for distance learning here.

1.  Call the Parent Technology Help Desk at 833-921-3277 (833-921-FCPS).  This will be answered by staff members between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m., seven days a week.  Please specify if you need an interpreter when you call.
